Widening of NH47

Sub : Widening of NH47 a new report on July 18 2011

38 years ago when when we were staying near to NH47, we lost of our house & land due to the expansion of highway,govt. declared that this highway is going to expand, till dated nothing has happened on the road expansion, but expanded .75 feet each on the both side of the road and marked a middle line on the centre of the road. We dreamt a super road is coming now.No one knows that Govt. is going to cheat all public.That days we got a claim of Rs.285/cent, we demolished own house(no money from govt.) and built a new house with the help of loan, loan was the period of 15 yrs.(actual price of the land was Rs.1800/ cent,the land acqusition was one side side only).

Today(18 July2011) Hon’ble C.M. of Kerala decided to acquire land again on the same side, where we will go?

Our actual price of the land is 12 -15 lacs/cent, govt.offered rate is 38,500/cent, & govt. said that first we will give money later you vaccate land. It is a pure Kottayam business.

Public need a master plan like this,like to travell 150 - 280 km on via express highway, travel in a bullet train have speed of 350 - 600 km speed, so the line of the path will be straight.China have all these facilities in rural area.

Normally all states, construction cost of the road/km is 1-1.25 crs, at the same time Kerala state given contract 18-22 crs/km.All bars are protected from the new alignment,because kerala peoples alcohol capasity is the top in India.We need many bars near NH, so it is easy to drink more & wild to make more accidents( Kerala have the highest road accidents, alcohol capasity, divorse cases, illegal cases, fraud work, migrant,white color job, second thought, sleeping mood, malpractise, purchase level,lazyness in job,highest body care,highest mediclaim,highest birth rate,poor health maintance etc.

So let we dream that our new NH road may come end of the century.Good Luck.

We have remote place to build the proposed road, but govt. plann to demolised all thickly populated business area.what is the political game in this ? !!!
